How This Work Emerged

The Trinity Regulation Model™ (TRM) and Nervous System Intelligence™ (NSI) did not begin as theories.

They began through observation.

Over many years, I noticed recurring patterns within my own experience—shifts in sensation, emotion, activation, settling, perception, and relationship that appeared organized rather than random.

I began paying attention.

I took notes.

I watched the same patterns repeat.

Rather than trying to force an explanation, I allowed the observations to accumulate until an underlying structure gradually became visible.

The language came later.

What I once interpreted through emotional, symbolic, or spiritual frameworks slowly reorganized into a structural understanding of nervous system organization and human coherence.

The models, terminology, diagrams, and written works that followed were not created all at once.

They emerged through years of careful observation, reflection, refinement, and lived experience.

This work continues to evolve.

As understanding deepens, the language becomes more precise, but the underlying commitment remains the same:

to observe honestly,

to recognize patterns,

and to describe the structure as clearly as possible.

I do not offer this work as something to believe.

I offer it as a map.

If aspects of your own experience become more understandable through it, then it has served its purpose.
