Mission & Educational Purpose

The Teresea Carson Institute of Nervous System Intelligence™ is an educational institution devoted to the study of how experience becomes organized and reorganized within the human system.

The Institute serves as the home of the Trinity Regulation Model™ (TRM) and supports the continuing development of Nervous System Intelligence™ (NSI) through education, research, publications, consultation, and scholarly inquiry.

Our mission is to cultivate careful observation, thoughtful inquiry, and a shared language for recognizing the structures and relationships that shape human experience. Rather than offering techniques for changing people, the Institute seeks to deepen understanding of how experience is organized, how it reorganizes over time, and how recognition itself becomes a catalyst for meaningful change.

The educational resources of the Institute—including courses, publications, lectures, conceptual models, reference materials, and consultations—are intended to support learning, study, and professional development.

The Institute does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. Participation in the Institute is educational in nature and is not a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed professional care.
